Corporate yoga
Weekly or monthly classes are tailored to suit the group – from power yoga to relaxation/meditation. Most companies want a mix of the two, with challenging flowing sequences (you'll get a sweat on!) including neck and shoulder stretches to release muscular tension built up from stress and sitting at a desk, followed by a guided relaxation, including a neck/shoulder massage using an essential oil mix specifically blended to encourage relaxation.
Classes are normally before work, at lunchtime, or after work.
All we need is a spare boardroom or other open space. Apart from yoga mats, props are not required; I can provide some mats.
